Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in navigation and ensure the vessel’s safety.
• Oversee the deck department and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct safety drills and training for the crew.
• Oversee the maintenance of deck equipment and ensure the vessel is in good condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
• Supervise and manage the deck crew
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, cargo, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports for the Captain and company management.
• Minimum two years of anchor handling experience
