Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To optimize the reliability and availability of equipment under area of responsibility through completing maintenance Activities in accordance with NOC approved operation procedures, guidelines, legislative
requirements and industry best practice. - Identify opportunities and champion initiatives that enable maximum production and injection output within the parameters of environmental compliance and process safety.
- Provide Team Lead with regular reports with analysis and comment on performance and results. Be held accountable for area of responsibility.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams and corporate groups
as required to meet NOC strategic business and operational objectives. - Contribute to improvements, development and implementation of department activities, processes and procedures.
- Complete safe and efficient replacement and repair activities in the event of failure or malfunction ensuring quick restoration; troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Optimize production and uptime when executing maintenance activities which require shut down / isolation or equipment.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and report repetitive equipment failures.
- Prepare adequate documentation and reporting for offshore management consideration regarding wrong
design, poor workmanship, non-compliance to NOC standards; take appropriate action within level of Authority. - Contribute to Identifying Improvements to planned maintenance routines.
