Work & Experience
o Batch drilling on Texas Deck (MARAWWAH) in umm shaif field on Reservoir Crest and experienced in crest problems (Complete loss, Blind drilling, Stuck Types, Fishing Operation). o Experience with CRT Runing Casing, single and Dual completion. o Workover Operations (Well test Operation, Coiled Tubing operation, slickline operation, killing operation, N/D X-Tree (FMC and Baker), Cement plugs Or RTTS Packer, running whipstock and Making Casing Window). o Single and Two Stage Cement Operations. o Ensure safety procedures are followed. o Sharing in IWAP team the preparation for upcoming jobs.
o Drill string management: oversee tripping operations (adding /removing drillpipes), ensuring safe handling and connection of section. o Drilling Parameters Monitoring: Track Weight on bit, rotation speed and mud flow rates to optimize efficiency and prevent issues as stuck pipe o Mud System Oversight: Monitor drilling fluid properties (viscosity and density) and address issues like lost circulation or contamination, o Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining machinery (pumps and TDS ) and conduct pre-shift inspection. o Crew Coordination: Direct floor hands during drilling, casing and cementin operations o Well control: recognize signs of kicks and assist on shutting in the well o Casing Operation: Supervise Runing and cementing of casing to stabilize the wellbore o Pipe Handling: work on derrick to rack drill pipes, drill collars or Bottom hole assembly. o Mud system management: Monitoring and maintaining drilling fluid properties (density and viscosity), and check for gas contamination in the mud and report abnormalities o Assist in mud pump maintenance and ensure proper flowrates to optimize hole cleaning and wellbore stability o Documentation: Mud logs (mud volume, properties , and chemical usage in daily reports ) o Pipe Handing: Assist in connecting and disconnecting drill pipes , drill collars , and other tubulars during tripping operations and operate rig tongs or iron roughneck o Derrick man relief: Assume the Driller absence or During course. o Assist Roughnecks and derrickmen during tripping , casing or cementing operations. o Lifting operations: Assist as Riggers or Banks man
