Cementing Field Specialist

Job Description

As a Field Specialist – Cementing you will play a key role in being the on-site, first point of contact for our cementing activities and be leading people and working on a variety of complex projects.
As a Cementing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Operating all cementing equipment
• Supervising crew, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment
• Providing guidance to customers and teams on-site to coordinate cementing operations and to aid decision-making processes
• Mentoring the training and development of your team to ensure quality cementing services are delivered to customers
• Performing other tasks related to operations support upon the order of higher management
