Job Description

Floorhands are an integral part of our rig crews, supporting safe and efficient operations in a rostered, remote work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily rig operations.
Handling drilling equipment, materials and tools safely.
Supporting rig moves, maintenance and operational activities.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite.
Following company procedures and safety requirements.
Working outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
Supporting the wider crew to achieve operational objectives.
What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.
The ability to work effectively within a team.
The ability to work in a remote location on an even time roster.
Previous labouring, construction, agriculture, trade assistant or similar experience is advantageous but not essential.
Manual Driver’s Licence
