Roles And Responsibilities

• Assume ultimate responsibility for the vessel and all operations on board.
• Ensure safe navigation and operation of the vessel during anchor handling, towing, and other offshore activities.
• Lead and manage the crew, ensuring effective teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct crew appraisals and provide training to maintain high standards of performance.
• Plan and execute anchor handling and towing operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients to meet operational objectives
• Oversee the maintenance of the vessel and ensure it is in good technical condition.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations
• Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, maintenance activities, and incidents.
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular drills and ensure the crew is prepared for emergency situations.
