Job Description

Job Purpose

• Coordinate and arrange all logistics movements related to vessels under “Dragon Oil” contract in harbour.
• Ensure that the adequate requests are submitted by the end user or a manifest in case contractor hand carry materials or cargo is planned to be shipped to offshore.
• Arrange all hand carry materials planned to be dispatched to offshore, then he prepares the detailed manifest.
• Ensure that materials are properly packed and/or put in cargo baskets.
• Ensure safe loading and offloading of material to the vessels.
• Physically check material whenever sending to offshore and check material whenever receiving back from offshore and inform concerned parties.
• Ensure housekeeping in office.
• Ensure vessels are loaded / offloaded ASAP to a road hampering of DOTL operations.
