About the Role
The Offshore Assessor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting competency assessments and training for Production Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Contractors, Apprentices, and Trainees.
Position: Offshore Assessor
Location: Offshore (Prelude Facility)
Indicative Term of Contract: 12 months
Rotation: 3/3
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Promote and uphold company’s values in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), Diversity & Inclusion, and Social Performance.
- Lead the competency assurance process for offshore personnel, ensuring alignment with company’s standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and manage assessment schedules, ensuring timely and effective evaluation of technical staff.
- Conduct high-quality assessments and provide coaching to line assessors to maintain the integrity of the assessment process.
- Ensure compliance with company’s Competence Assurance requirements and Frontline Barrier Management (FLBM) standards.
- Maintain alignment with Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and National Skills Standards Council (NSSC) requirements.
