Monadelphous is looking for experienced SMP Supervisors to join our Offshore Energy team. Mutiple positions available for Hook Up and Commissioning scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all project scopes.
  • Ensure quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor).
  • Provide technical advic and support relating to work pack preparation when required.
  • Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
  • Maximise time in the field – safety talks and interactions with crews. Completing own KPI’s and ensuring direct reports are also compliant
  • Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports

 

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Mechanical Trade or Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management Experience would be highly regarded
  • 5 Years of Offshore Supervison experience (Is preferred)
  • Experience in Construction, Comissioning and Hook Up environments (is preferred)
  • BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS
  • MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • SAP Knowledge is essential
