What we look for:
- The Data Processor will have the responsibility of positioning and sensor data and workflows.
- The Data Processor will actively support ongoing projects and finalize the project deliverables to clients after offshore projects have finished.
- In addition, the Data Processor will be involved in the reporting phase of projects within the survey division (hydrographic surveys, route survey, cable installations, inspection surveys and similar) as required.
You will:
- Provide support and guidance for planning and preparation of data processing for survey projects.
- Contribute to the data processing phase of survey projects.
- Contribute to data processing procedures and workflows.
- Contribute to for development of data processing capabilities.
- Contribute to the data processing and data deliverables of individual survey projects, as required.
- Contribute to training of junior personnel.
- Communicate resource requirements to Reporting Manager.
- Contribute to cable/pipeline Inspection workflow.
- Ad hoc support for CAD/GIS deliverables.
- Ad hoc offshore operations when required.
Education and experience required:
- Bachelor of Spatial Science or equivalent.
- Relevant experience could substitute in from a Navy.
- Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
Personal skills:
- Good communication and co-operation skills.
- Fluent English.
