Frac Operator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Assist with the set-up, operation, and tear-down of frac equipment and related tools on site.

Follow safe work practices and company procedures at all times.

Support the pumping and blending of fluids and materials during frac operations.

Perform basic maintenance and pre/post-job inspections of equipment.

Work closely with the crew to ensure smooth and efficient field operations.

Adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions and in physically demanding environments.

Other duties as assigned by supervisors and lead operators.

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract (Class 1 is a major asset).

Previous experience in labour-intensive roles (construction, oilfield, agriculture, or related fields).

Oilfield and/or frac experience is a strong asset but not required.

Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, in a camp or field setting.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background check.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.

Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
