Job Description

Overall objective of the role is to be a visible and engaged champion of the Seadrill’s Task Process (PIMED – Plan, Identify, Manage, Execute & Debrief) to drive Safe, Efficient and Reliable Operations.

The focus of the role is to support and verify:

• The application of the Task Process and Seadrill’s Safety Tools.
• Implementation of Seadrill’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Rig operations via visible, proactive and engaged HSE coaching.
