Job Description

Atlas NextWave USA are seeking an Offshore Storekeeper to join our client’s jack-up vessel supporting construction of an offshore windfarm in the Northeast. Due to the flag of the vessel, we are only able to consider US citizens or green card holders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and issued in line with project schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, including stock counts, traceability, and documentation updates.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring all materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and package tools, components, and consumables for offshore deployment.
  • Assist with material inspections and collaborate with QA/QC teams on compliance requirements.
  • Support project managers, technicians, and site teams with timely material availability.
  • Ensure warehouse and laydown areas comply with safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Experience as a Storekeeper, Material Coordinator, Stockkeeper, or similar role-preferably within energy, marine, or maritime projects.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control processes and ERP/warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet trucks, or other material-handling equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities.
  • Safety-first mindset and good communication skills.
