Pre-hire Qualifications and Experience
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or recognized equivalent) in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Maintenance Engineering.
5 years’ experience in electrical inspection and repair, with Oil & Gas (offshore or petrochemical or refinery) preferred.
COMPE-EX Certified.
Good understanding of Permit-To-Work systems, Electrical Standards (for example, IEC 60079, NEC500/505, API RP14FZ) and the Risk Assessment process.
Proficiency in English at a minimum of A2 level according to the CEFR international standard.
Medically fit according to The Company GEMS Instruction Health Requirements to Work Offshore.
