Role Summary

Borr Drilling is seeking qualified Barge Masters to join our talent bank for current and upcoming opportunities within our global offshore operations.

Deputy of the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and overall responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all marine activities. This includes operation and maintenance of deck, marine (incl. Jacking and Anchor Systems), safety equipment, non-drilling related lifting equipment & marine/cargo lifting operations. The Barge Master is also responsible for overseeing the structural integrity of the unit and its systems. The Barge Master supervises all cargo transfers, ballasting adjustments and loading compensation and ensures compliance with Borr Drilling policies and procedures.
