Repair＆Maintainance Supervisor, ISDT

Job Description

The R&M Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all repair and maintenance activities within the workshop. This role ensures equipment readiness, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company quality, safety, and industry standards. The position also involves supervising a team of technicians, supporting project delivery, and acting as a key liaison between operations, workshop, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workshop operations, including toolbox talks, safety briefings, and task allocation for the R&M team
• Supervise and mentor technicians (approx. 5 direct reports), ensuring high performance and adherence to procedures
• Ensure all maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing activities are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with OEPS, quality, and technical standards
• Coordinate equipment demobilization, inspection, overhaul, and readiness for next operations
• Monitor and manage maintenance workflows, including work orders, documentation, and reporting
• Review and validate post-job repair and inspection costs; coordinate with Operations Manager before customer communication
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for all assets
• Coordinate with inventory planning to ensure availability of critical spare parts
• Maintain workshop standards in line with 5S and continuous improvement practices
• Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operational coordination across functions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in repair & maintenance / workshop operations within Oil & Gas
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong technical knowledge in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to coordinate operations and work across teams
• Willingness to be based long-term in Songkhla (Thai local preferred)
