Service Delivery Coordinator – Completions

Job Description

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Managing all planned and unplanned operational activities related to Lower Completions
Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out
Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion
Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives
Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage
Ensure Service Delivery Perfect Execution (SDPE) throughout the project lifecycle

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a High School Diploma with relevant experience in a similar role
Have 10 years experience in Lower Completions
Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Portugues
Have good team working and communication skills
Must demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Lower Completion systems and completion operations, including
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
